Put it to work
Reuse your common services, then tailor quantities and rates for the actual booking.
Select a saved rate or enter hourly or flat pricing, with dollar or percentage markup.
See the price update while you build, using your saved tax defaults.
Share the quote through the portal and turn accepted work into an invoice.
Your process, connected
A clear quote sets out the coverage, crew and deliverables before the shoot is agreed. Build it in one popup: select the contact and project, combine packages and team costs, and check the live total before saving.
Choose the contact and project, add saved packages or custom line items, and see totals update before the quote is created. Tax comes from your saved settings.
Add team members directly in the builder. Choose saved day rates, hourly pricing, or a flat amount, then apply a dollar or percentage markup.
Check quantities, rates, markup, and your saved tax defaults before creating the quote. A package is a starting point, not a limit on what you can include.
Save the document, then let the client review and accept it in their private portal. Accepted work becomes an invoice rather than a second active quote.
Save common service packages in Settings, then add them to a quote without recreating their contents. Custom quantities, rates, team costs, and markup let you price the actual job rather than force every client into the same package.
Choose a team member's saved rate, a manually entered hourly rate and number of hours, or a flat amount. Apply dollar or percentage markup to account for the service you provide around that team member's work.
A practical example

Markup increases the team's cost by the chosen amount or percentage. It is not the same as setting a target profit-margin percentage.

Invoice agreed photo or video work directly, or convert an accepted quote. Review the draft, set the deposit and balance schedule, and send it to the client.
