Put it to work
Group multiple times and locations under one event instead of making every stop look like a separate booking. Keep a separate session in the same project when needed.
Set a start time, give each item a duration, and reorder the schedule while Flovuni keeps the timing connected for the client portal.
Organize shots under headings, reorder and edit items, and check them off while completed items remain visible with a strikethrough.
Attach multiple contacts, manage your internal team and rates, and store helpful files or links directly on the project.
Connect more than one person to a project, change its primary contact, and add individual people within business contacts. Search, sort, and filter as your contact list grows.
Use searchable project and contact selectors instead of scrolling through long dropdowns. Sort project lists by name, contact, progress, project date, creation date, or delivery due date.
Open Booking summary from the dashboard on the project date for locations, contact actions, timeline, shot list, contract, and attached files or links. The project Overview keeps the planning and client-document panels together.
Your process, connected
Your workflow answers what to do next in the project. Your shot list answers what must be captured or checked off on the day. Your timeline answers when each part of the day happens. Keep those distinct tools attached to the same booking.
Group an event's times and locations so several stops still read as one booking. Keep a separate session in the same project if needed, and open addresses in Maps.
Add headings, shots, or checklist items in the popup without closing it after every entry. Edit text, reorder the list, and check items off as they are completed.
Set a start time and add items with durations in minutes. Flovuni calculates the running times from the order and duration of the items.
Share the client-facing materials through the portal. On the project date, open Booking summary from the dashboard for the internal day-of briefing.
Keep must-have shots, deliverables, or preparation checks in a reorderable list with section headings. Completing an item leaves it visible with a strikethrough, so you can see both what is done and what still needs attention.
Rather than entering a new start time for every activity, enter durations. Reordering activities recalculates the schedule from your chosen start. The activity stays with its duration; its displayed time comes from its position in the plan.
Connect the primary Google calendar to send booking details outward and bring busy times into availability. Review changes to linked bookings before they affect the project, or explicitly enable automatic date updates.
Today's bookings on the dashboard can open a Booking summary with times and locations, client contact actions, timeline, shot list, contract, and attached documents or links. It is an internal briefing, distinct from what you share in the client portal.
A practical example
Illustrative timeline starting at 1:00 p.m. Each item's start follows the previous item's end.
Move Portraits before Detail photos and Portraits starts at 2:00 p.m.; Detail photos moves to 2:30 p.m. The start time stays fixed and the schedule recalculates from the reordered durations.
Before you get started
No. The shot list is an on-the-day checklist. The workflow remains the sequence of next actions that moves the whole project forward.
The client portal presents the shared planning and booking information, not your internal workflow or private notes.
Turn your photo or video process into a reusable checklist—from the first inquiry to shoot preparation, editing and final delivery. Keep the next action and its deadline visible.
Give wedding couples, studio clients and brand teams one private home for shoot details, paperwork, payments and links to their finished photos or films. Keep internal tasks and notes private.
Keep couples, portrait clients, agencies and brand teams connected to their shoots, documents, finances and next actions—not scattered across separate tools.
