All plans include the tools listed above within their project and user limits. User counts include the owner, not tracking-only crew or client portal visitors. Prices are CAD; taxes and payment-processing fees are separate. Cancel a paid subscription from Plans & billing and keep paid access until your billing period ends. Existing subscribers keep their current billing price unless they choose a plan change. Online payments and Google Calendar require setup; galleries and videos remain links to your chosen host.
Starter includes the core toolkit for up to three active projects and one login user. Active projects are leads or booked jobs; completed and archived projects do not use your allowance. Pro adds unlimited active projects and up to three login users. Studio includes unlimited active projects and up to 25 login users.
Who counts as a user?
User allowances include the workspace owner and people with their own workspace login. Crew profiles saved only for their details or rates do not count, and neither do clients visiting their portal. Pro and Studio both include invitations, five access roles and project assignments.
Does this replace every service I use?
Flovuni brings your core client-work tools together so you can reduce repeated setup and separate subscriptions. Keep your photo/video editor, gallery or video host, website and social publishing tools. Stripe processes online payments and Google Calendar sync is optional. Provider setup and fees are separate.

Photographers, videographers, photo and film studios, content creators, and similar creative businesses managing client projects. Use it for weddings, portraits, commercial shoots, video productions or recurring content packages. The core tools stay flexible for other kinds of client work too.
Why was Flovuni created?
Flovuni was created by a photographer with over 15 years of experience in fashion, headshots, portraits, events and weddings. Managing quoting, invoicing, bookings, calendars, leads and deadlines across separate apps and multiple subscriptions meant too much switching between tools and re-entering the same details. Flovuni brings the business behind the shoot into one workspace for photographers and other photo/video professionals.
Does it edit or host my photos and videos?
No. Flovuni manages the business and production around the work: inquiries, bookings, crew, shot lists, deadlines, client documents and payments. Share links to your chosen gallery or video host. It does not edit media, host galleries or videos, or publish social posts.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Flovuni works in a mobile browser and can be added to your Home Screen. Your dashboard, calendar, project details, and booking summaries are designed for use on the go. An internet connection is required.
What can my clients see?
You choose the projects and documents shared through their portal. Clients can review quotes, view invoices, make enabled payments, sign contracts, answer questionnaires, and see shared timelines and shot lists. Internal notes and workflow tasks stay private.
What happens if I cancel a paid plan?
You can cancel from Plans & billing and keep your paid access until the billing period ends. Your saved data is kept. The Starter active-project limit applies after the paid period ends.
