Understand what information supports your workspace and the client experience you share.
Last updated: October 13, 2026
This notice describes information used by Flovuni to provide its business-management workspace and client-facing pages. A business using Flovuni decides what client information to enter, who receives its private links, and how it uses that information for its own services.
If you are a client viewing a portal, invoice, contract, or questionnaire, contact that business first about its records. For questions about the Flovuni service, email anthony@deliaphotography.com.
Information supports sign-in, workspace access, project management, client documents and forms, invoicing, payment reconciliation, subscription administration, requested notifications, optional integrations, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. Avoid entering sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the project.
Flovuni relies on service providers to operate. The data involved depends on the features you use:
These providers have their own terms and privacy notices. Data processing locations can depend on the provider and configuration; this notice does not promise that all information stays in Canada.
The app uses browser storage to maintain sign-in sessions and preferences such as theme. Optional calendar connections and push notifications require your participation and can be disconnected or disabled in settings. Logging out clears app access on that browser, but does not delete workspace records.
Beta applications are reviewed privately by Flovuni administration. Applying does not create an account or paid subscription. Invitations and beta-end notices are sent to the applicant’s email address. Optional feedback check-in emails can be disabled on the Feedback page after activation.
Feedback reports are visible to their author and Flovuni administration, not publicly or to other businesses. Screenshots are stored privately and accessed through temporary links. Remove client information, passwords, and other sensitive details before attaching an image. Contact support to correct or request removal of an application or feedback report.
Records remain available to support the workspace and its business history. Canceling a subscription does not by itself delete the account or client records. Deletion from an app screen is not a promise of immediate removal from backups, provider logs, or records that must be retained for legal, accounting, or security reasons.
To request access, correction, export, or account/data deletion, email anthony@deliaphotography.com. Identity or workspace authority may need to be verified. For records controlled by a business using Flovuni, contact that business. Retention periods and the operational request process need confirmation before this draft is finalized.
Privacy questions can be sent to anthony@deliaphotography.com. This page’s updated date identifies revisions. See Support for help reporting issues without sharing passwords or payment credentials.
