Delivery deadlines have their own calendar colour. A future workflow deadline can remain visible while earlier checklist tasks are unfinished, so a booked shoot and the work due afterward are not mistaken for the same event.
Connect the primary Google calendar to send booking details outward and bring busy times into availability. Review changes to linked bookings before they affect the project, or explicitly enable automatic date updates.
